Donations can be made online through the website or by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX).
By making a donation, you acknowledge and confirm that you are a legally competent person over the age of eighteen and are entering into a contractual relationship with the Foundation. If you are making a donation on behalf of an association or organization, you confirm that you have such authority and that these Terms of Use are acceptable to that association or organization as well.
By making a donation, you agree that the donated funds will be placed under the management of the Foundation. In the event that a donation is made without specifying a project or category, the donated funds will be included in the general budget of the Foundation.
When making a donation, there is an option in the “Recurrence” field to make a recurring monthly donation, which if selected will be charged to your account every month, corresponding to the initial donation date, until you cancel the recurring donation. You can cancel the recurring donation and stop making the donation until the next donation date. To cancel a monthly donation, you must contact the Foundation at [email protected] .
In case of problems while making a donation or making a money transfer through the website, it is necessary to send an email to [email protected], describing the nature of the problem and indicating your contact information.
In accordance with the requirements of certain sections of the Site, the collection, use and transfer of certain personal data by the Foundation is carried out in accordance with the provisions set forth in our Privacy Policy , which forms part of these Terms of Use . Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use your data.
